Additional information: A couple hours after I ate a boars head turkey cranberry wrap for lunch, I started feeling nauseous. A couple hours after that, I continuously vomited and had diarrhea. I missed two days of work-the first 24 hours being the worst. Safeway took no accountability, wouldn’t even return my money for the bad wrap. 😢 This is the second time I’ve gotten sick from a premade meal from here. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
