Ordered Monday special: Katsu Curry. Had indigestion around 2:30. Feeling nauseous around 5:30. Vomited many times around 7:00 p.m., nausea, feverish. Was in a meeting. Got home felt very nauseous, fever/chills. 11:30 p.m. Vomited again! Next day, nauseous, stomach pain, chills/fever. Went to NCH Urgent Care - Food Poisoning! | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain, Migraine, Indigestion
