I have been eating Lucky Charms for years and sometimes that is the only food I will eat and it is making me sick. I have switched to other morning cereals and I am no longer getting sick.. I have been eating Lucky Charms since I was a little girl. My husband realized that everytime I ate the cereal I would get sick for a while after with diarrhea and cramps so I stop eating them and was fine. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
