I ate a salad at home made with romaine I bought at Sam’s The lettuce was from Taylor farms. 6 hours later, I had terrible diarrhea and vomiting for 4 hours. I actually lost 3 pounds. I threw the other 5 heads in the garbage. It was horrible. Do not know the lot # but I kept the bag. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
