We visited Sasazu on December 29 with our children, expecting a high-end dining experience.Unfortunately, a few hours after the meal both my husband and I became seriously ill, including severe nausea and repeated vomiting. It completely ruined our night and the following day.
We contacted the restaurant immediately. While they were polite, they repeatedly dismissed the possibility that the food could be related and ultimately refused to offer any meaningful compensation beyond desserts or drinks, which felt inappropriate given the severity of the situation.
Foodborne illness can occur several hours after a meal, even if no other guests report symptoms. We were very disappointed by how the matter was handled and by the lack of responsibility taken. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
