Had an Italian calzone, marinara sauce, and two mini cinnamon rolls yesterday around 8:00 PM. Absolutely nothing stood out as wrong with the food while eating it. Woke up this morning around 7:45 AM with stomach discomfort, shortly followed by explosive diarrhea and vomiting simultaneously.
