Severe Pizza Illness Outbreak - Signal Station Pizza, Portland Oregon

7 years ago reported by user-yqxdg871 business

Signal Station Pizza, North Lombard Street, Portland, OR, USA

8302 North Lombard Street, Portland, 97203 Oregon, United States

Friday the 15th of June at approximately 4pm we purchased a regular cheese and small combo pizza. My brother in law had just come over. He and my wife ate 2 slices of cheese and I ate the whole combo pizza and a slice of cheese. We all suffered food poisoning, and this was the first and only thing we had had together as a group. My brother in law vomited first within an hour, followed by me about an hour after that. He threw up one more time and had some diarrhea. My wife had diarrhea and abdominal pain. I myself suffered from 12 hours of projectile vomiting and severe diarrhea, along with fever, body aches, and chills that lasted for about 36 hours. I also suffered from gastroenteritis, as the last two bouts of vomiting was bile mixed with bright red blood. Max measured fever was 101.7 degrees. When we went in to get our money the cashier asked if we where the ones who had the pepperoni pizza or the sausage. May wife said no and the lady knew right away what we had ordered. My wife picked up on this asked the cashier if other people had also reported food poisoning, the cashier wouldn’t look her in the eye and said no. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Gas, Chills, Body Ache, Bile
