I just found out I have food poisoning. I was at smash burger off 86th street and university restaurant. August 6th and systems started after eating mushroom burger. I had back and stomach pain severe and bleeding. I went to Mercywest ER. Diagnosed with colitis and put me on zithromax. I had stool checked tested positive for Ecoli. I want to know anyone else sick or warn them. It has been awful | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Diarrhea
