Sunday , February 17th I had went to SmashBurger for the first time. I ordered the smash fries and Barbacue burger with a strawberry shake. It was good food , the fries seemed iffy though, with a lot of lime and weird seasoning but I assumed that’s how it was. I ate there around 1 ......
at 5:00 , I started having bad stomach cramps and feeling nascious, By 5:00 am I shot up with watery diarrhea; and throwing up EVERYWHERE. This continued until later that day which is now. I was close to going to the hospital or using an epi pen. It took almost three days to go down. I wasn't sure it was the pretzels at first. But a few days after I was doing better I had more pretzels and it happened again after I started eating them. I stopped again. I tried another brand and had no problems at all from the other brand.

There has to be too much of some ingredients in these or something that shouldn't be in them that has made its way in the product.

One thing I'd suggest the manufacturer and FDA/Regulators double check is the possible amount of cellulose containing ingredients if there is improperly processed cellulose or if it is being sourced from high risk for allergy wood and other sources. Perhaps also a pesticide issue with the wheat or other items used or improper cleaning of certain grains, etc. Possible mold contaminants may be present as well which are some of the worst allergies I suffer from. Based on my own personal allergies, there are a few possible culprits where things could have gone wrong and caused contamination at some point of the supply chain. I'm happy to help narrow it down and provide whatever I can to assist.

The products in question are the "Terrine Bison, Choco et Porto", "Terrine Lapin Noisettes Amaretto", and "Terrine Sanglier Bleuet Cidre de Glace". These were sold in individual glass jars with metal lids, and were available for sale until March 15, 2024. The recall was initiated due to the absence of the required "Keep Refrigerated" label, which is mandatory.

People who have one of these products in their possession and who have not kept it refrigerated at all times since the time of purchase are advised not to consume it. They must return it to the establishment where they purchased it.
