- comments: observed over 50 live small flies throughout the food preparation area on food contact surfaces, swarming floor drains, and on walls. Last pest control service report dated 8-12-21. Recommend having pest co. Service establishment specifically for flies and must eliminate all fly activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: rear hand washing sink faucet and hot and cold handles dirty. ----interior of the front storage cabinets dirty with excessive debris. Must clean and maintain all.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violations from inspection made on 12-17-19 not corrected. #55- instructed to detail clean and maintain floors along wall base and underneath shelving at the rear food/dry storage area. #53- noted washrooms on-premise with garbage receptacles and no lids. Instructed to provide trash cans with lids at all women washrooms and unisex washrooms. Priority foundation violation.
