1920 Bloomingdale Avenue, Valrico, 33596 Florida, United States

On two different days about a week apart my 5 year old had a chocolate chip cookie from Starbucks and vomited chocolate chip cookie a few hours later. I asked my husband who took her there if I could look at the wrapper and he stated they give it to you out of the wrapper. Sketch and should not be permitted! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Had the same exact thing happen last night! I thought I was even crazy to think it was the chips, but as soon as I was done with the vomiting and diarrhea. I was better immediately. I wonder if the ingredients changed and I have a sensitivity to something in them. I ate them all the time as a teenager and was absolutely fine. This was no upset stomach either. I was Violently vomiting and had stomach pains so intense prior to the diarrhea and vomiting that I was drenched in sweat, chills and fainted (face bruises to prove) The pains were worse than labor pains. It was awful

This is the second time going to this restaurant and getting sick. My son had the chicken strips and after we left he was curled over complaining about his stomach. I had the wings and got diarrhea. I'm not sure what's going on, but something needs to be done before someone becomes seriously ill. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain See Less

Ok. I am DONE. This company makes it impossible to report. I guess I loose. I know nothing will be done. This is probaly a scam anyways.
My original report to them:
I purchased a footlong BMT on Italian herbs and cheese. The employee was flipping pans... See More at the time. No cutting board. He did wear gloves. At payment, when I tapped my Venmo debit card payment processed adding a 2.00 tip w/o my consent or even knowlege. I then walked home, it's literally half a block. I ate half the sandwich and went to bed around 9pm. I then was up most of the overnight hours with bad cramps, sour stomach and many trips to the toilet. I still have the other half of the sandwich. I can bring it back to the store. Should I? I had to take the day off work as well due to this. I still feel like crap and using the bathroom. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps See Less
