Within an hour of eating a breakfast sandwich, peppermint mocha with whole milk and a cranberry bliss bar, I had stomach pain, cramping and diarrhea. It has continued all day, getting more loose as the day has gone on. Nothing was truly hot when I picked up my food/drink. Not sure which is actually responsible, but man, this is awful. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

So did I. I also had a peppermint mocha. That’s strange. Someone needs to look into those peppermint mochas.

12/15/2025 I had a peppermint mocha and I have had bloating and cramps and diarrhea all day too
*I meant to add this into my previous comment, but I also got stomach pains as well as acute diarrhea from that mocha. Starbucks’ drinks are suspicious for real
