My fiancé got extremely sick after eating a Starbucks cake pop. She spent the entire night and next morning vomiting, having diarrhea. lying in bed, and generally feeling horrible. We are almost 100% certain it was the cake pop because that was the only thing she ate before feeling nauseous and shafting to throw up a few hours later. She is still miserable despite having applied all of the standard methods for helping with food poisoning. This seems like a particularly nasty incident. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
