i had a stawberry acai berry refresher drink (tall) 1 hour before my flight at the airport, I felt nauseous after drinking half the drink but I thought it might be lack of sleep and that the drink is probably healthy because of presence of fruit and 100 calories only. So I drank the whole thing.
I felt very nauseous and light headed in the flight, that could also be combined with the air pressure in the plane. After I got home I felt cramps in my lower belly and sloppy stool. I felt uneasy, lightheaded, weirdly hot and sweating, high heartbeat and nauseated. I thought I might be dehydrated so i drank water and sat in front of a cooler but still felt sweaty and hot. I took an Acidom-dsr medicine. still felt uneasy, so I gulped down a lot of water and tried to vomit, i did vomit and stawberry chunks and the rest of refresher came out.
