A couple hours after eating a steak hibachi with rice and vegtable meal, I did not feel good at all. At about 4 hours, I thought I released gas, but released diahrea pants on. At 29 years old, this is the first time I have EVER released with bottoms on. Into the next day, still have diahrea, feeling sick and uneasy, have not been able to eat much, and have neck and muscle pains. Feels really weird, constant stomach pain, a real heavy, need to go feeling. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain, Muscle Pain
