Yesterday, I had a Subway Philly Cheesesteak, and about 30 minutes later, I started feeling very unwell. I began experiencing severe stomach pain, vomiting, and diarrhea. It was a terrible experience. Subway should really consider the quality of their ingredients and food preparation. When I called the store to report it, they didn't seem to care at all. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I know you are in AZ, but I literally had the same sandwich last night at a subway in Alabamaa and have your symptoms. It’s absolutely horrible!!
