Speculating its food poisoning 11/22 around 20:15 I got the a ft long BMT with double meat, provolone on the herb and cheese bread, with mayo no veggies. It was the only thing I ate Saturday. Woke up around 2am with water hose diarrhea and projectile vomiting. The vomiting lasted about 14 hours but the diarrhea has not left. I also had the chills and maybe a fever. I still feel like I’m going to vomit, my stomach is still crampy and diarrhea is evil. I also felt like I couldn’t get enough water intake from about 8am through the late afternoon. (That’s very strange for me, I never feel thirsty.) Also got the combo a small Dr Pepper and 3 cookies only ate 1 of the 3 cookies. Idk where the receipt is but there is my transaction receipt. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Fever
