I ate a cold cut trio on cheese and herb bread around 7pm and started feeling sick about 11pm. I also put provolone cheese, spinach, onions, banana peppers and southwest chipotle sauce. I threw up quite a bit around 1:30am and tossed and turned all night. It is now 9:20am the following morning and tums nor pepto has helped. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
