Friday November 1, 2019 I got my food steak and cheese foot long. With pepper jack cheese, onions, bell pepper, lettuce, tomato, pickle and extra extra mayo. I ate around 8:30 pm. A couple hours later I started getting sick to my stomach at first I thought I ate to much. So I went to bed. I tossed and turned because I was in pain chills sweats and stomach cramps. About 2:30 am I woke up and was very sick ran to the bathroom and vomited every bit of my sandwich. Little later Diarrhea and more vomiting. My. Whole body aches. I have not eaten anything since that meal. Only water to drink which I am throwing up as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Chills, Sweating, Body Ache
