I ate at subway 10-17 around 5-5:30 pm. Me and my girlfriend both ate the sweet onion teriyaki chicken sub. By the end of the night as we tried to have our next meal my girlfriend could not eat and began throwing up. As I got home and tried to sleep I was not able to as I woke up feeling nauseous and also vomited. The whole day I have not been able to eat because of the horrible stomache ache and headache. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
