I’ve eaten an all veggie sandwich before from a Subway at a different location and I also experienced diarrhea and vomiting! I ate a sandwich flatbread sandwich with pastrami, provolone cheese, lettuce, olives, vinegar, and mayo. I ate this around 4:30pm and went about my day but then around 8:00 I felt gassy. I went to bed at 1:00 am because of the stomach pains and then woke up at 3:00am vomiting. Since then I’ve had diarrhea all day! I’ve also had an all veggie sandwich from a Subway at a different location (in a totally different state YEARS ago) and still experienced vomiting, nausea, stomach pains, and diarrhea! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain
