Sunday, 7 APR 19. 12:30-1:00 P.M. I had the pork and mushrooms, beef and broccoli, chicken and broccoli, pepper chicken, shrimp, fried rice, white rice, and green beans. I started feeling dizzy as I was leaving. I waited a few minutes for the feeling to subside but it only got worse. I was helped out to the car by my husband and the tall male cashier because I couldn't walk. I was nauseous and began to vomit on the 40 minute ride home. My stomach was cramping, my head was swimming, I couldn't focus my eyes or speak. I was taken to the ER at 2:00 pm . I threw up as I was wheeled in. Still couldn't speak, or move my extremities. They thought I was having massive stroke and called for the helicopter to transport me to Fargo. Weather was too bad to fly so ground transportation was arranged. They did a complete blood panel of tests as well as CT scan of my head and stomach, all of which came back normal. While waiting for transportation I started to form words and was able to speak a little and started feeling better. They canceled the transportation and I got a little better. I was finally released at 7:30. 24 hours later I am still dizzy and feeling sick and cant walk by myself and require help to get around. I haven't eaten since yesterday and have only had water since the issue.My husband had the same food minus shrimp and green beans
I have eaten here many times and have never experienced anything like this ever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness
