Got a taco, steak boss wrap and a nacho supreme with no sour cream. There was an extra nacho supreme with sour cream included and i ate some of it. Terrible decision, i was completely incapacitated the next day: fatigue, diarrhea, fever, nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
