Last year I went to Taco Bell and got a steak quesadilla. After taking a few bites I felt extremely sick. I threw up so bad it was coming through my nose. I had to go to the hospital and everything. I knew that it was the Taco Bell because that was the only thing I ate that day and before eating that I was just fine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
