Nachos Cause Severe Illness - Taco Bell, Dayton Ohio

On Saturday, May 19th, 2026 around 6:38 pm. I ordered a nacho bellgrande and replaced the beef with slow roasted chicken. No beans, added purple cabbage, cheese, sour cream, onions, and pico de gallo. As well as two beef crunchy taco supremes, and a large lemonade which had ice. Also, fire taco sauce. Even though I didn't want nacho cheese they included it in my nacho bellgrande anyway. About two hours after eating it I had sharp pains and cramps in my stomach. Which continued for two days. On the third day, I had diarrhea, nausea, and was throwing up. Followed by aches, and pains, and a horrible headache. Throughout the whole experience I couldn't sleep, keep food down, I was very dehydrated. I couldn't hardly drink anything as well as it would make me throw up. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Dehydration
