Taco Combo Causes Illness - Taco Bell,

I had the a cruncy taco, a five layer burrito and a shredded chicken burrito. The next day I woke up with severe stomach cramps, low grade fever, and diarrhea. It is now four days after and I have been sick every since. It's manageable but I have been unable to eat a full meal as the nausea is too bad and the food comes immediately out if you know what I mean! No vomiting but I believe I have Salmonella Poisoning, I have all the symptoms and the timeline makes sense. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps
