Today 5-09-17 at around 2pm I went to my local taco bell ordered 2 Loaded taco burritos and a cheesy Fiesta potato. Ate them when I got home around 230pm.. 4pm I got very bad pains in my abdomen and immediately threw up. Is now 4:53 p.m. and I still have strong pains in my abdomen and cold chills and what I think maybe a fever. I have not consulted a doctor yet, hoping the symptoms will self treat. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
