Ate a breakfast egg taco, 2 cinnabon things, started to get sick then couldn't stay awake or move really until diarrhea kicked in and nausea, i still haven't got better and considering going to hospital as it has been 3 days now | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
