The food we received yesterday in our order was horrible off temperature..We ordered 2 beef chalupas 4 been burritos between 11:15 pm- 11: 35pm last night food was stone cold. All of this order should have been hot.
Today I contacted the restaurant 8:35 pm on call log ( yes I looked ), I asked to speak to the manager on duty. "The manager" ( term used lightly) ) very disrespectful young man who didn't identify himself as a manager when passed from original female whom answered the call had to ask if he was the manager on duty... tried to speak to this boy like an adult he not only wouldn't give a name when asked followed up with why, depend on what this be about.
SMH.....
Told this young man first of all you have deplorable customer service if you come out of the gate to someone asking for the manager and politely asking your name like an adult secondarily just an FYI you gave to elderly people somewhere along your line last night food poisoning due to sloppy service and ice cold food do better. Told the young man don't worry we don't want our money back and we will not come back to eat at this facility or any | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
