Taco Bell
1-1/2 hrs after I ate at 6:30 PM it started. Chills, sharp stomach pains, sweats, fever spiked to 104.3 overnight, diarrhea/vomiting, bad headache and dizziness. Was very close to going to ER at 4 AM. I ate part of a Nacho Bell Grande & a Dorito Taco Supreme. I'm still down in bed today from it...horrible!!!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Chills, Stomach Pain, Sweating
