I had 3 super tacos and a large sweet tea like I normally do there. I ate around 7pm CST It's now 5am CST and I just had my 3rd stool and still feeling nauseous/ bloated!

This was on a Friday, I missed work half a day on Thursday and all day Friday. I didn’t eat much over the weekend, I rested and took the Zofran for nausea. I went back to work Monday and felt nauseous all day, I only ate a yogurt. That night I ate rotisserie chicken and carrots from Walmart and immediately threw it up. I threw up and had diarrhea for several hours. My stomach started hurting and cramping severely. I took pepto bismol twice, threw it up both times, took the Zofran, threw it up. My husband took me to the ER at 11:30 pm, I was running a high fever, could not stand up straight, was doubled over in severe pain. I was admitted for Colitis and Diverticulitis, which I had never had before. Because I had not been eating I was also in ketoacidosis and my Dr said if I had not went to the hospital when I did I would have been dead by morning. I was in the hospital in ICU for 3 days on IV fluids and IV antibiotics, unable to eat and in severe pain. After I got to come home I had to be on a liquid diet for 2 weeks, I lost 7 lbs during the 3 days I was in ICU and I will never eat there ever again. See Less”

“Got 2 super tacos around 9pm Saturday night. Went home, ate them, got into bed around 1145pm. Woke up around 1:30am feeling awful, extreme intestinal cramping, loose stools and nausea. Got prescribed Zofran. Couldn't get prescription, that evening. That night same story, so sick I couldn't sleep. Took a day off work, diarrhea turned into a yellowish mucus, got the Zofran. By then nausea wasn't so bad and all discomfort/pain moved into intestines. Finally managed to nap from 1pm to 3:15pm, had a verified fever of 101.7. Fever broke multiple times during nap. Symptoms persist 2 days after eating there. I'll NEVER eat there again. See Less”

“I ordered a pizza last night, February 26, 2021, well two.  One for myself to have to eat through the weekend and the other for my grandkids.  I ate two slices and maybe 30 minutes or so later I got nauseous and I had to go to the bathroom and threw up everything.  About an hour later I got just one... My granddaughter had a couple of bites of the other pizza and she wakes me up because she had gotten sick and had diarrhea and nauseous, she’s nine years old.  This is really upsetting and I just feel like someone did something to those pizzas. I paid $40.00 including a $8.00 tip. My daughter ordered the pizza and I PayPal her so it was ordered from her account.  But I have record of it all. 
My granddaughter had a couple of bites of the other pizza.  First she told me her stomach hurt so I gave her some Children’s Soothe for nausea and she wakes me up because she had gotten sick and had diarrhea and nauseous, she’s nine years old.  This is really upsetting and I just feel like someone did something to those pizzas. I paid $40.00 including a $8.00 tip.
