Additional information: i ate 1 kraft mac n cheese cup the little microwaveable ones and i didn’t even eat the full thing but i went to sleep and woke up about 6 hours later in the most terrible pain, i threw up three separate times and had some diarrhea and severe nausea i mean when i would get up it would hit me that i might need to vomit again, the abdominal pain is still lingering it makes me feel queasy, never eating those again lol | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
