Had dinner 12/26/2018 large sirloin with salad, honey mustard dressing. Rolls and butter. Used some steak sauce that was on the table, about 3/4 empty. Abdomen swelled, pain radiated from stomach to back within a few hours. Vomited all night, pain excruciating. Almost went to hospital but my autistic daughter was home with no one else to care for her. Was still vomiting lettuce from that salad 12 hours later. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Swelling
