Ate from the buffet at 12:30 Friday started feeling sick at 5:30. Puking started at 7 and continued to 2am. Diarrhea from 10pm to this morning. Severe headache continues through 5 pm the next day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
