Veggie Philly from there  1 person sick, about 4 hours after eating, felt stomach pain then diarrhea, then vomiting. Has been nonstop basically since then and possible fever  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
