10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: 5-204. 11 observed no handsink available for handwashing in basement prep or juicing prep area on opposite side first floor bar during time of inspection. Instructed to provide handsinks with hot and cold running water (connected to citys plumbing) soap and paper towel for proper handwashing prior to food prep. Noted large ice bins used for human consumption located in both said areas. Must maintain. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-030 (c). No citation issued.

16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed (not in use) low temperature dish machine located in main prep area not properly sanitizing during time of inspection. Noted sanitizer strength at 0ppm during time of inspection. Instructed to repair equipment to properly sanitize kitchenware and utensils between 50 and 100ppm. Priority violation. #7-38-025. No citation issued.

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 25 small black live flies flying throughout, on exterior surfaces of dry stored items, on exterior surfaces of cooling units and near drains in main bar, wine bar, service space leading into main prep and rear prep area where juicing takes place. Recommended to contact pest control for service. Must eliminate small black live fly activity on premises. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-020 (a). Citation issued.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed dried food debris on surfaces of rolling carts, liquor wells, exterior surfaces of clear bottles used for juicing stored on prep table shelving, jucing machine prep area where walk in cooler is located. Instructed to clean, sanitize and maintain.
