Additional information: Headache was the following day; nausea lasted 2 days. Had chicken florentine @ 630 pm,6-14-24, never sat to well after eating i, took half home in to-go. Had bread and 1 bottled beer. Started violently throwing up @ midnight, after evening of nausea; then diarrhea Saturday am. Have been eating toast,potatoes and juice for Sunday and Monday. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
