My best friend is in the hospital right now due to food poisoning. We ate at the Thunder Cafe inside of Thunder Valley Casuno Resort this afternoon. She had a prime rib dip sandwich w/Au Jus. A couple hours later she was complaining of her side hurting very badly and on the car ride home it was coming out of both ends profusely. She was crying (we both were at this point I was so worried for her) in pain we had to pull over on the freeway and then I was finally able to get her to sutter general hospital in Sacramento and that’s where she’s at this very moment. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
