“My son and I had a meal on Sat Nov 7, 2020, he had the Texas Double and I had the Impossible Burger, we both got fries. Less than 24 hours, we both experienced stomach pains and then few hours later, we diarrhea, belching, sulfur burping, pains, dizziness ... it is clear it was food poisonings. It'... s been three days and we still have these symptoms. Eating there was the common denominator between us that made us concluded the poising happened from that restaurant. ”

“My nephew ate unknown seeds, there are no more blood work test results as in Pakistan no proper facility available. According to the hospital Dr they have no proper treatment available I request to them if any where in Pakistan available I will provide please search if diagnose any centre in Pakista... n. pray for my nephew recovery. “The FSIS announced the recall of approximately 3,927 pounds of not-ready-to-eat (NRTE) spaghetti with meat sauce product by Bellisio Foods, Inc. due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen. The product contains soy, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label. There have been no c... onfirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products. Anyone concerned about an injury or illness should contact a healthcare provider.
The frozen, NRTE spaghetti with meat sauce items were produced April 22, 2021. The following products are subject to recall:
- 8.5-oz paperboard tray with lid packages containing “Michelina’s Spaghetti with Meat Sauce” with lot code J1112N8, “BEST BY 22APR2022”, and a UPC code of “7 17854 10503 9” on the bottom label.
These items were shipped to retail locations nationwide. FSIS is concerned that some product may be in consumers’ freezers. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.

“I ate a chipotle burrito at around 12:30 Pm on 4/30/2021 and started noticing symptoms at around 2:30. I had diarrhea at around 5:30 and I started vomiting at 6. I threw up throughout the night until pretty much all of the food was out. It was just me who got sick. ”
