I got scombroid poisoning from Tommy Katsu Sushi & Grill in Livermore, CA. I have eaten here multiple times before with no issue. I do not have any food or environmental allergies, but I went into anaphylaxis roughly 2 hours after eating a Korean chirashi bowl. This is a dish that I normally order from this restaurant, so the fish supply might have high histamine levels. I was treated at the Walnut Creek Kaiser ER with IV Benadryl and a steroid.
