I am writing to report a concern regarding a product I recently purchased at Trader Joe's in Castro Valley, Ca. I purchased a minestrone soup from Trader Joe's on 01/09/2026, and after consuming it, on 01/22/2026, I became very ill. I have been experiencing persistent diarrhea and stomach cramps for the past 48 hours. The symptoms began shortly after eating the soup and have continued since then.
