Equate nutritional shakes plus Box, Purchased on a grocery order. Box was broke and taped back together. Shake Tasted off and smelled different started having symptoms within 30 min or less of drinking the shake. Was up 3 nights in a row with cramps and diahrreah. My child also drank one at the same time as me and had exact symptoms. No one else in the house had these symptoms besides the ones who consumed these shakes | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
