Ate one on Wed 4/10/18 and was sick ever since. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Opened a second one today (Thu 4/11/18) and there was some kind of unidentified "meat product" in it that looked like chewed up bubble gum and there was a slimy "texture" to the lettuce. Threw it out immediately. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
