Not sure. I started drinking the equate keto vanilla shake I have only had 2 but immediately after drinking upper stomach pain nausea and several trips to the bathroom I’m not sure if my body is trying to adjust to these or if they are just not a good fit for me, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
