April 17, 2022, Lucky Charms I bought the box of Lucky Charms and less than 24 hours after ingesting it, I was having stomach pains. I thought it was indigestion. I wasn't able to sleep and it was 3 am when the vomiting began along with aches and pains to my body. When I started drinking water, the diarrhea began to worsen as well.
