My girlfriend made a smoothie consisting of organic chia seeds, great value orange juice and frozen great value mixed berries(blueberries, raspberries etc.) She Shared it with me and her little brother right before bed , it was the only food we shared. Me and her had trouble sleeping the entire night, in the morning she was throwing up and had diarrhea and a headache, about an hour after her I started with diarrhea and then throwing up and then another hour after that her little brother also had diarrhea, on day two I've seen a doctor and he just prescribed me meds to control the diarrhea, were all feeling better Than yesterday but still not at 100% | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
