Grape Powerade Illness Suspected - Wawa, Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Grabbed a 20oz grape Powerade on my way into work @ 5:30am today (Tuesday) guzzling close to 1/2 and immediately turned around to rush home because i felt weird and didn't want to chance being ill at work. Took me 11 mins to drive home & I vomited on my steps before making it in my house (captured on my ring camera). I felt ill & slept until 4:30pm and then woke up feeling much better. Upon picking up some food and drinking that same grape Powerade I left in my car I vomited within 13 mins of drinking it again feeling nausea and dizziness just like this morning. I am confident this Powerade is the culprit. May still have the bottle in the car ! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Dizziness
