My mother and I went to Wendy’s on 11/25/2018. We each order the 4 for 4 meal. I ordered the double stack and my mother ordered the chicken sandwich. She didn’t want her nuggets so both boxes of chicken nuggets. The next day I started feeling tired and developed diarrhea which worsened on 11/27/2018. In 11/28/2018 I started feeling more fatigue and more gas. In the evening I quickly developed a fever, loss of appetite, muscle aches, and more fatigue at around 7:00pm. After sleeping for 10 hours most of symptoms improved except my muscle ache. Now I feel nauseous | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Fatigue, Loss of Appetite, Gas
