Chicken Sandwich Illness - Wendy's, Swansea Massachusetts

On Thursday night I Ordered a classic chicken sandwhich with lettuce and I hadn't ate anything at all for over 24 hours at the time and that was the only thing I had to eat that night as well. I got very sick about 8 hrs later. I had non stop vommiting and diarrhea for 2 days and it's unfortunately not over yet either. It was the only thing I had ate all day. The nausea came on so violently that i threw up on the bathroom floor, which I dont think ive ever done in my adult years. I'm going to the hospital tomorrow. I was trying to avoid it due to covid but i have never been sick like this in my life. I'm reporting this hoping that my message may help to minimize future cases because nobody deserves to go through this hell. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
