- comments: observed no hand washing signs at hand sinks in pre-k 102,104 & 106 and 1st fl. Boy's main building.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of appx. 75 or more mice droppings in dry food storage area under shelving units,on floor in corners of small and large prep tables across from cooking equipment,on floor next to lockers. Pre-k room 102 on floor next to hand sink. Pre-k 104-on floor in between clutter on floor in storage closet. Pre-k 106-in lower cubbies,next to cabinet of desk and on toy shelves. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after10/27/22. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed milk crates used for food storage in walk in freezer must eliminate and provide adequate shelving units.

- comments: must repair or replace hot water faucet in poor repair in main 2nd fl. Girl's. Slow drain at hand sink in pre-k 102.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: inspector comments: observed no covered waste receptacle in staff and girls washrooms in main building. Instructed manager to provide.

- comments: inspector comments: observed peeling paint on ceiling in various areas of kitchen. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.
